The nutrition coach provides you with expert advice on healthy food according to the Guidelines For Good Nutrition published by the Dutch Health Council. Our coach is there to help you to take a first step towards adopting a healthier lifestyle and will learn you to make better lifestyle choices by breaking bad habits and learning new, healthier ones. This makes losing weight an easier process, with permanent results.
Together with the coach you will look at your personal targets, then we use these targets to ramp up a nutritional plan, which the nutrition coach will use to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle.
